Biography : Moneir Bardai Sittard, The Netherlands (July 10, 1974). Enriched by his multicultural background and education, he developed into a multidisciplinary artist using his skills as a singer, dancer, and actor to tell the story in multiple and subtle ways. Moneir believes in art with a message; there he finds his creativity and motivations.

His openminded personality and love for the worldwide cultures and art has taken an important role in his development. Although Moneir has a flamenco background, his love for the performing art motivated and inspired him to learn and develope more and so he went after highschool to private theater and musical schools in Amsterdam and took private singing lessons from several teachers. With many years of stage experience under his belt, Moneir has worked with several amateur, semiprof, and professional groups

Soon after discovering the Argentine tango in 2002 at the Academia de tango in Amsterdam he soon took private lessons from famous argentine professionals and started performing as tango dancer and singer. since 2004 Moneir works with his tango dance partner Marieke Iest and Orquesta Tango Dorado . As a singer and actor he performes also with Theater group Tol in several productions in many countries. Moneir is also one of the organisors of the famous Tango festival Tangomagia in Amsterdam.
